This Pen & Ink Watercolor is one of my favorites. The watercolor was completed in 1997 and features 10 birdhouses including the "Ritz Cardinal" and one with "Cheep" rent. In 1999 the copyright to the print was purchased by a major card company in the United States for the period of three years. This copyright expired on February 25, 2002. During the copyright period the company used the print to produce all-occasion wrapping paper.
